Do not connections

I have not connections. What should I do? I received a new username and password several times. Reinstalled the terminal.

If you still can't connect, please send me an email at "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" including the email you received with the demo login credentials. Please include "Att Jason, 2864417" in the subject field of the email.

This is the thing you can paid attention to:

1) maybe your ninjatrader 8 got problem, please reinstall the ninjatrader 8 first.

Yes. I am reinstall the ninjatrader 8.

2) If you are using free demo account, it only work for 2 weeks and after that it will expired. Please go to apply a new demo account again.
** If your account still in between 2 weeks, then please make sure the username and password are correct.

I am recieved the password and username today.

3) You should be using NInjatrader Continuum, Not Ninjatrader FXCM.
** Can refer the picture below.

And if I try connect, I have message on screen.



How can I solve this problem? What should I do?

The demo connection needed to be created for "NinjaTrader" and not "NinjaTrader FXCM" or "NinjaTrader Continuum".
