Ninjascripts not showing up in strategies?

Why is this strategy only showing up in NinjaScript editor and is complied but not showing up in the charts under the strategies tab?

The most likely reason is a run-time error in OnStateChange().

The first place to check is the Log tab of the Control Center. When opening the Strategies window, do you see any errors appear on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what does the fully error message say?

No, the Log tab only shows the strategies that are at play but hank you for the help. I found this strategy is customizable for the user. That was the reason it wasn't showing up. If anyone is interested this is the link https://github.com/MicroTrendsLtd/NinjaTrader8.
