When I look back on one chart, another can sometimes be thrown off. My candlestick line is usually weighted to the bottom or top of the pane. How do I center the price line in the middle of the chart?

Thanks for your post.
This would be expected according to how the chart is auto scaling the information you are viewing at that time on the chart. You'll want to use free moving around the chart to accomplish what you are wanting.
You can navigate the chart by changing both the price axis and time axis at the same time by holding down the CTRL key + Left mouse clicking and dragging in the chart area. This will allow you to move both the price and time axis in whichever direction the mouse is dragged.
