Alerts not working

Hi!

I tried to create an alert on NT7 and on NT8. The idea is to notify me when there's a bar with a volume of more than 500 contracts. But in both versions the same thing happens to me, it alerts me the first 2 times of the day, and then it stops working, or works at some time, in an absolutely random way.

All my operations are based on volume, if I don't succeed it'll have to use another platform

Can you please tell me what setting you have selected for 'Rearm type' in NinjaTrader 8 for your alert. This setting determines when the alert will rearm. Please see the link below that explains the various settings for 'Rearm type'.
