Ninjatrader 8 Playback Slow

This has been a mystery I've been unable to solve. When I first install Ninjatrader and do playback everything is fast until I begin loading more market replay files and then it eventually slows down. I then have to remove market replay files but it never really goes back to the speed it was when I first installed it. The fix, is to uninstall it and reinstall it and then the cycle continues. Any insight to remedy this would be much appreciated. Here is what I do to load market replay files. I copy all ES 03-20, ES 06-20, ES 09-20 into a folder ES ##-## and do playback on ES ##-##. When it becomes slow, I end up removing files from the ES ##-## folder. I've even tried removing files from ES 03-20, ES 06-20 etc... but like I said it never really goes back to being snappy as it once was when it was first installed. I get the feeling things are left behind even if all market replay files are deleted.

Any ideas?

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate what may be occurring on your platform to slow your Playback Connection down.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

You may update NinjaTrader 8 using the steps below if you are on an older version.

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
