Analyzing the percentages of price move

Would someone be able to point me to an indicator that analyzes what percentage of price rotations meet a minimum value?

Unfortunately, I was unable to find an indicator that would display this in our user app share. You could also browse our growing library of user submitted custom indicators (100+) that can be downloaded from our User App Share.
