    Connection with Interactive Brokers - No data is displayed in Ninjatrader

    Hi, I'm trying to configure Ninjatrader to subscribe to Interactive Brokers live data. Everything from the Interactive brokers' side has been completed and funded (market data subscribed, and I'm able to view the charts in TWS - IB).

    However, I'm facing issues when trying to connect Ninjatrader to Interactive Brokers. I have configured everything in Ninjatrader, as per the instructions provided on the NT site. (IB Account Number, Production Port Number, SSL, Activex connections etc).

    After entereing these settings, when I'm trying to connect, the connection is successful (I assume so, since the icon is green, and I hear a connection successful tone). However, when I try to pull any charts or symbols in Ninjatrader, the chart is blank in Ninjatrader.

    No error message is displayed in the screen, and no data is displayed either.

    Could you please help in setting up the Ninjatrader to connect to my IB account for displaying the charts in NT 8?

    I'm using TWS version 981.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2846943" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      I want to connect my NinjaTrader 8 to Interactive Brokers, but there is no available option in Connection Settings.
