Thank you for your reply. My question remains; Does NinjaTrader handle software bugs in a different manner to a request for a new feature?
It is certainly my belief that the fixing of software bugs should rate higher than the implementation of a new feature.
This whole issue of NT8 not respecting taskbars on non primary monitors strongly suggests that NT8 is not fully Windows compliant and never has been.
The issue occurs with both the native Windows multi monitor feature as well as with third party multi monitor software.
What is required to finally get this issue raised in profile to the point where something might get done to fix it?
Seven years of non compliant window management can only be considered unacceptable.
I have also just filled out a new request on your new form as requested above!

Thank you for the message.

Yes, a feature request is handled differently than an unwanted or unexpected behavior within the platform.

Since a Chart Window covering the Windows Toolbar on additional screens doesn't prevent a user from using the NinjaTrader Platform itself in any way, this is not considered a bug with NinjaTrader.

• A user can always move the mouse cursor to the main monitor and click their desired button.
