NT8 Slow

Hello, I have a problem with the NT8 volume profile, I use tick chart and vp with tick measurement. When I zoom in on the chart to see the contracts that have been traded on the vp, the platform slows down until it stops, if I don't zoom it is very fluid. I state that the pc has resources in abundance and does not show signs of fatigue, I wanted to know if I can act on some parameter of the platform, maybe say that you use more ram if it can be a resolution. Thanks
