Problem with demo account sign up

I've signed up for the demo account, and recieved one email saying that I've signed up and I will be sent an email with my username and password shortly, but it's been 8 hours and I havent got one. Anyone know why this is?

I've never signed up for ninjatrader before so that's not the problem.

I'd appreciate any help.

Thanks for your post.

Futures demo account credentials are sent directly from [email protected]. Please check your junk or spam folders for a message from that email address. The email typically takes about 15 minutes to arrive.

Also please note that the exchange has limited demo requests to one every 365 days. If you have exceeded this limit you will not receive login credentials.
