DataBox not displaying

Hello Ninjatrader,

So i just noticed this a couple days ago.
On a chart if i click the databox icon, or rightclick the chart and select "show databox". Then nothing shows.

I updated to v 8.0.23.0 and its no different.

Have i managed to turn something off or is there an issue with the databox?

Thank you for your note.

If you right click on the chart, do you also have "Always on Top" enabled? If so, it's possible it could be blocking the Data Box. I'd recommend unchecking this option before enabling Show Data Box again.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend testing in a new workspace with a new chart. I'm not receiving this issue on my end using the same version, as a note.

I finally got back to this issue.
After uninstalling and reinstalling v8.0.23.1 (although it auto loaded all my workspaces etc) it was still the same. (I also tried a new workspace too).

I happened to click on the windows button for minimise all, and then again to show all. And there was my data box.
Somehow i minimised it, and then it would not show.

Might have something to do with dual screens or something Im doing out of the ordinary.
