8.0.23.0 Crashes - When I revert to 8.0.22.2 Instrument List is blank

I just upgraded to version 8.0.23.0 and on startup NT8 crashes and closes down. Not wanting to fault find the cause at this moment I decided to revert to the previous version 8.0.22.2 so I could at least trade.
I uninstalled 8.0.23.0 as instructed when you go backwards to an older installer then installed 8.0.22.2.
At this point I found that my "Instrument List" (under Tools) was completely blank. I selected "Update Instrument Lists" under the Database tab but still have a completely blank list.
I then restored data from a backup file from a few days ago but still have a completely blanks Instrument List. Any suggestions about how to fix this issue? Where is the file that stores the Instrument List details?

Instruments lists are saved in the database which is located at Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db-->NinjaTrader.sdf

Can you please follow the steps below to send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com".
• Put 'Attn Jason, 2838550' in the subject field of the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

If you shut down NinjaTrader and temporarily transfer the database to the desktop, then start NinjaTrader (so a new database is created), do you see the default instrument lists?

I have emailed the log and trace files. I was able to get the Instrument List repopulated by going into my normal PC backup files (which I do daily) and restoring most of the Documents Folder NT8 directory files from the previous day when I was running 8.0.22.2
