Hot Keys in-op

Hi- I've run hot keys in the past. I did a recent dL wipe of nt8. I cannot seem to get my hot keys to work. Any suggestions. I've gone through what I recall the process was on this link help https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...h_hot_keys.htm

is there something I could be missing? any ideas? Ultimately I am tying it back to my usb keypad, but I cannot even get market order to work off my pc keypad

Are you attempting to submit orders using hot keys? If so to enable order submission using hot keys go to the Control Center->Tools->Options->Trading->Enable "Use order entry hot keys" then click Ok and let me know if the issue persists.
