i am not able to download the attachment in this url. can you fix it?

Are you referring to the attachment in post 2? I have not had issue downloading this attachment.

EDIT: Please check the thread URL and ensure "it" is not included in the url.
Did you try clearing your browser cache and have you tried other browsers? I have not had an issue downloading with Chrome or Firefox. In case you are trying to download from another PC, please also make sure you are logged in.
