Ninjatrader 8 Freezing

The platform is freezing when I try to access the indicator panel. It was freezing prior to that when I was trading in demo mode. I uninstalled ninjatrader and removed all files from my desktop then re-installed it, however I'm still having the problem. Can I get some assistance with this please? It's getting really frustrating and I don't know if I can trust the platform when I go live. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for writing in.

As there are a few possible things that could be occurring, please write in to our Platform Support team directly with your log and trace files so that we may look into what is occurring with your platform specifically.

Please use one of the methods below to send your diagnostic files to us so we may investigate what is happening further.

Automatically:

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• Input your email address
• Enter the Subject as: 2835694 Attn Clayton
• Attach any screenshots that could help demonstrate the behavior
• Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
• Send the email

Manually:

• Open the file explorer and go to your "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") folder
• Open the NinjaTrader 7 or 8 folder
• Right-click on 'log' and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Now, do the same thing for the 'trace' folder
• Once both are compressed, attach the compressed files in an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with the respective @ and .
• Once complete, you may delete these compressed folders
