    consolidate trades of two Ninjatrader installations from different PC

    Hello everyone,

    i have NT8 installed on the desktop PC but as a fallback i also installed NT8 on the notebook in case the desktop PC would crash. When I travel abroad I have the notebook with me and then I trade via notebook on the NT8 notebook installation. I have made most trades on the desktop PC, but on the notebook there are still a certain number of trades. I can see this clearly when I look at the trade performance on both computers. I know that the Ninjatrader8 database is located locally on the respective PC.

    the question now is: how can I consolidate the data of my trades? I would like to bring both together so that my trade performance is meaningful, because at the moment it's not because split between the two computers.

    any help appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    While syncing trade information between different computers is currently not available for NinjaTrader 8, we are tracking the ability to sync all of your information on a cloud service to do just as you are asking as a feature request to be added in a future update to NinjaTrader.

    I have added your vote to this feature request, which helps our Development Team track interest in different features to be implemented in future updates.

    When a feature request is implemented, you'll find a description of the new feature in the release notes:
    Since database information cannot automatically be synced between computers, the only way to manually do so will be to save a copy of your PC's 'Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db' folder and replace the existing folder on your notebook before opening the platform. However, trades placed on different computers with separate 'db' folders will not be able to sync trade histories together into one folder.
