The line for buy and sell execution has turned black

The lines for buy and sell executions have turned black today for me on NT8, it does not matter what I change the colours to in the data series properties it remains the same. It is the same on the sim and my live account. Any ideas?

Thanks for your post.

Are you using a custom chart template on this chart? Does the same occur if you create a new chart with no custom template applied?

If you make the changes and then save the template, are you able to see the changes applied the next time you create a chart with this template?

Hello. The same issue just started on mine. I do have a saved template and the buy sell lines on my entry for atm's have all turned black. I opened a new chart and the color settings are normal. How do you get that corrected?

Thanks for your reply.

The chart will try to use the color settings in the ChartTrader properties menu (right click on the ChartTrader pane> Properties) set for each order type, but will be overridden by any chart template applied. You can make the change the the template and then save it to resolve this, or otherwise create a new chart template without this black setting applied.
