    Ninja Trader8 not working for market profile,VSA and Orderflow

    Recently I formatted my system and pinged Bell TPO support team to install Market profile,VSA and OrderFlow , they installed the software.But we are getting following error and not able to open Market profile,VSA and Order Flow. "NinjaTrader is having problems connecting to its license servers. Possible problems are a) Your firewall software is enabled and you have not authorized NinjaTrader to access the internet b) Your internet service provider is having service problems or both license servers are down. Please ensure that your firewall software is not blocking NinjaTrader and try again in a few minutes."

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2832174" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

        Unfotunately, we had to remove these files from the Support Forum as they contain sensitive personal information. We must ask that you send these files privately via email so we may analyze them.
