Click on Chart Trader and Options disabled

    Click on Chart Trader and Options disabled

    Hi NT,

    I have this show up on and off.

    When I click on "Chart Trader" the 3 options (Off, Chart Trader, Chart Trader (hidden)) are disabled. I am not able to select any option. (see screen shot)

    Other times it is working fine.

    Is there any particular reason why that is and how to avoid it from happening?

    Thank you for your post.

    We will need some additional information. Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what is occurring.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      All these requests about greyed out Chart Trader end as requests for more info from the client. No resolution is ever offered.
      If EVERY USER has the same problem, why do you need their log files other than to hope the user goes away?

        Thank you very much for your post.

        As stated in my other answer to your post in this regard, we ask for log & trace files as these problems can have a large variety of issues and would not have one solution that fits every issue.

        If you experience issues, please send us your log & trace files and we can look into what is causing this.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

        Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

          I sent the log and trace files several days ago - mere minutes after your request: So far I've been ghosted. Any luck?
          Chris did ask me to update to 8.1.1.1, he said he was "confident" that this would fix the issue, but no luck so far...
