I am trying to load one futures instrument (YM) but the SuperDOM is blank. The chart loads but remains static. No issues with any of the other instruments - both SuperDOM and charts. All the instruments are already rolled over reflect the Dec contracts so roller over is not the issue. What might be the issue and how should it be corrected?

If you have the current contract loaded (YM 12-20), then this indicates that the account you're connected to is not enabled to receive data for YM. I recommend reaching out to your broker directly for more information about how to upgrade your data subscription.
