Still haven't received my free account license key?

I've submitted an application for a free live account with NT and used Dorman as broker. All the application process with Dorman is finished and approved and I'm at the "submit my license key" stage, but I still have not received a license key for this live account. I've gone through the license register step already, if I try going through it again it tells me "You have previously registered for a free live license key. Please contact us for more information or to have your license key resent" (which I did contact, still haven't received a license key). I haven't funded my Dorman account yet, could this be why? The instructions tell me submitting license key comes before funding. What should I do? Please help.
