CQG connection question

I was looking into using CQG to submit orders, and I saw the Ninja Trader-CQG api is available and instructions under the connections guide for a CQG enabled broker: https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide

However, I don't see CQG listed in the available connections when I go to configure a new connection (for CQG). I read elsewhere that the Continuum and CQG connections are the same? Is that true? https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...y-the-same-api

Continuum and NinjaTrader Continuum both are brokerage technologies that use CQG as the backbone technology when connecting. If you do not see CQG listed when attempting to create a connection this indicates your license key may not have this technology enabled.

To verify what technology is currently assigned to your license key please send and email to platformsales[at sign]ninjatrader.com for additional information.

I have NT License, And when my License is active, there is no CQG in connection List. How can I use CQG connection with the Credentials from other FXCM (not Ninjabrokerage) with the NT license at the same time?

Hello zhiga,

As of March 11th, 2015, NinjaTrader can no longer offer new license keys to trade with CQG. In order to use NinjaTrader with CQG, you would need to have a live license key prior to that date.
