FXCM showing sim101

I'm connected to Ninjatrader using my FXCM credentials but, the platform is still showing sim101 on the name of my account. I'm not able trade real...can someone help me?.
I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see my problem. Thanks.

Thank you for your note.

It appears you currently have a sim license key entered in the platform, you'll need a live license key in order to access your live account.

If you do have a live license key, please enter it via Help > License Key. If you do not have one, please contact our platform sales team via email at platformsales[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com or visit our website for more information on obtaining a live key: https://ninjatrader.com/BuyPlatform
