Login and MachineID issues

for some unknown reason my machine ID was not recognized so they reset it and i typed in my ID and password and states the wrong ID or password I believe I have them correct can you help?

If your machine ID has changed, please email your vendors your new Machine ID so they may update your vendor product licenses. The Machine ID can be found in the Control Center under Help > About.

You can contact your broker to request your brokerage account user ID as well as a password reset link. NinjaTrader Brokerage can be contacted at brokeragesupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. Please see the guides below for setting up a connection.

If the account that has invalid username/password is a demo account, you can send a message to brokeragesales [at] ninjatrader [dot] com to discuss options to continue practice trading.
