Incorrect password and username

Hello,

I downloaded the newest version of Ninja Trader. I believe I typed in my Licence Key properly, but it wont let me log into Ninja Trader Continuum. When I try, it says my username and password are incorrect. I went onto Ninja Trader website and updated my password but it still is doing this??

Hello napoleon_k1988,

Could it be "Demo" is enabled in the connection settings? Please go to Control Center-->Connections and click configure in the lower right corner. Select your NinjaTrader Continuum connection in the lower left box named Configured. Check if "Demo" is enabled on the right. If so, please disable it and click OK. Check if you can connect.

If the issue remains, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in an email to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com".
• Put "Att Jason, 2813942" in the subject field of the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
