Thanks for posting.
A custom trading hour template would need to be created for this purpose. I've provided steps to do this below:
- Go to Control Center > Tools > Trading Hours
- Select one of the existing templates that is for the relevant exchange
- Click copy to create a new template based on the existing one
- Under Sessions, edit each session to include only after hours trading
- Select the custom template in your chart
