Is it possible to create and test trading strategies on stocks in NinjaTrader? Im currently looking for a way to do so, so any kind of advice is helpful.

Absolutely! The NinjaTrader platform is capable of running automated strategies on any instrument it can chart, whether that may be stocks, futures, or forex.
