FXCM recording data for playback vs downloading data for playback

When I download data from FXCM for playback it is the raw data and not what they are offering e.g. (ask price 0.71153) (bid price 0.71150) spread 0.3 No added spread
would I be correct in saying if the data was recorded that the ask and bid price would include the added spread e.g.(ask price 0.71160) (bid price 0.71150) spread 1.0 what they are offering
giving a more realistic chart replication of what was offered to me by FXCM for playback ?

Question two how do I record

I went to my Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\replay folder and cleared out any old downloaded files
I opened up ninja trader connected to FXCM live account
opened up market analyser and added 2 FX pairs
I then went to Control Center >Tools >Options >Market Data >check 'Enable market recording for playback' >OK
and left it on for a day but nothing was recorded for playback ?

Hello oz187,

If you record Market Replay data in NinjaTrader, it will record data (bid and ask) as it is provided.

When I test recording Market Replay data on my end using the Market Analyzer, it works as expected. I see the data in the Historical Data window under Market Replay.

During what day did you record data? If you now test again, does it still not record data for you?
