Buggy behavior that isn't easy to repeat

I run ninjatrader 8.0.22.2 64-bit with esignal data manager 12.2


BUG 1
Occasionally ninjatrader drops data feed and reconnects. While this is happening I make sure the data manager is still up and running and that I am still receiving updates via the data managers' symbol monitor.I also make sure system resources aren't tapped out(cpu, ram)


BUG 2
Occasionally this happens. I run sim 101 on chart trader. I reset by:
a) tools database management reset database and repair database
b) followed by reboot.
I reboot and pnl looks reset. But when I connect to data feed, sometimes the pnl is restored. I rinse and repeat a couple of times, then it takes.

This is frustrating......

Thank you for the prompt reply.

The next time it happens I will send you the log files. Unfortunately, the last time I rebooted I erased all the cache files (db, log, etc. sorry a bit overkill) to guarantee a fresh start. Next time I will save them.

That is no problem at all, simply send them over should it recur, I'd be happy to analyze them and figure out what exactly caused these issues.

These issues may be moot. I just found out Esignal will not support other applications(eg. ninjatrader) connecting to their data feed in the near future. Now if I could only get you guys to accept Transact Futures as a brokerage I'd be set.......
