I am having problems operating in real time

This error appears when a strategy that I am testing tries to buy in that instrument, it also happened to me with AAPL,

I do not know if it is a problem with Interactive brokers, NT or the strategy.

I am also seeing that the entries in the graphs do not match reality, they appear with a delay, my data is realtime. Could we connect remotely?
