No historic data for SIL

Hi,
I have an issue with historical data for SIL. Whenever I restart NT or reload data the charts for SIL (Silver e-mini) are not loading any historical data. For instance, if you see the attached chart, the bar was at 12:35, when I restarted NT. I do not have any issue with any other instruments including SI, GC, MGC etc. Could you advise on what could be wrong?

We do not have recorded data for SIL on our historical data servers. You could consider using a market data provider service like Kinetick to fetch this historical data, however.
