AI generate properties missing

Hi there,

Complete newbie here, I've just finished my demo trial and I have just upgrade to the lifetime purchase. (inputted the license key and that's it)

I don't have any other accounts / brokers other than the demo username and password.

I am trying to use the AI generate, but it seems the tab of AI properties are missing and I cant select any indicators ect.

Can someone tell me why the drop down tab is missing?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2792950 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
