Tick index Alert

Hi there, I would like to add a sound alert and possibly a market order for ES whenever the "Tick" index plotted on a 1m chart is less than or equal to the -1000 reading, thank you in advance

Thank you for your note.

You can accomplish this by setting the condition for the alert in the alerts window to "Less Equal" to numeric value "-1000". You can then set the actions at the bottom of the alerts window to play a sound, submit an order for a specific instrument, etc.

hi, I have tried this yesterday and it did not work because i think the default is to take the closing bar value as a reference, I wanna be alerted if the value reaches -1000 irrespectively of where its 1min bar closes, how can i do that?

Thank you for your note.

For this, a better option might be to create the alert within the Market Analyzer window. The Market Analyzer updates each tick and does not natively have a concept of bars which would allow you to be alerted before the close of the bar.
