Error messages - chart rendering, software bitmap failed?

Hello,

I received these error messages yesterday when trying to load a custom indicator on a range chart with ~30 days of data.

The programmer has said: The indicator does not call OnRender or do any custom graphics, particularly not to any “software bitmap”.

Can you please help me understand what causes these error messages and if it is solely related to this indicator or a different add-on I might have on my machine?

We'd need to look at your log and trace files to see what may be occurring. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look further into this.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
