Problem Reloading Historical Data from Chart

Dear NT support team,

I have a permanent license of NT8 and I am having problems reloading historical data from a Chart.

My environment is:

- NT8.
- TWS 972 and TWS Beta.
- Using IB demo account.
- Real data ticks and DOM works for TWS 972 and TWS Beta.

However, when I start (or restart) NT8 and tried to reload missing data within a Chart (Shift+Control+R) does nothing.

Sometimes when I left the computer running for 1h or so, a 'Loading' message appears in the top-left part of the chart and the data is reloaded and keep synced, working normally, but the problem appears once or twice a week not allowing me to operate that day.

This is a problem that I saw was reported and seems was fixed using TWS 972, but the problem still continue in my case.

Can you help me please?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2781388 " in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
