Kinetick symbol maps for TSX / TSXV

Is Kinteick symbol maps for TSX/TSXV are the same as the ticker symbols on the TSX/TSXV? when I create a new instrument for ticker "REAL" on TSX (and set Kinetick symbol map to REAL), I get completely different data. I am using the free Kinetick EOD feed. If these are different, where can I get the list?

It is actually picking up REAL on NSYE, although I defined a new instrument on TSX (and used REAL as Kinetick sym map). Also, when typing "REAL TSX D" directly on the chart, I get NSEY:REAL.

Thank you for your note.

Using the Kinetick Symbol Search tool on their website, I was able to locate the symbol mapping for this instrument which is C.REAL: https://kinetick.com/Help#!Help_SymbolSearch

Please change the symbol map to C.REAL for the custom instrument you've created and have TSE as the selected exchange and it should load successfully.
