Time remaining indicator not working ...

My time remaining indicator in my charts is not working at all time. I already though that it was probably due to the fact I was using a free demo account and therefore probably the quality of the data feed but now that is not the case. Yesterday no problem, today it is not working ... tried on the CL and ES future. Same behavior ....

any help is appreciated at this point.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2779650" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
