Running offline error

Dear Ninja,
I'm not able to use offline the latest version of NinjaTrader (NinjaTrader 8 v.8.0.22.2 L 1033 CP 1252), getting the error 'Unhandled exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object' (see attachment), and crashes as soon as the error message appears, while I was able to do it with the version NinjaTrader 8 v.8.0.17.2 L 1033 CP 1252.

Can you please follow the steps below to send me your log and trace files, so I may investigate this matter further. You can email the files to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com". Please put 'Att Jason 2777562, Running offline error' in the email subject field.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
