Hello

i switched computer and reinstalled NT8 , now i am trying to replicate a couple of simple hot key which worked in the old computer , but when i try to use them they don't work anymore .
They simply should buy the bid and sell the ask, instead the whole chart moves . I tried other combinations but can't make it work .

Thanks for writing in.

Do you have this same key combination applied in any other sections of the Hot Keys window such as the Charting section? I suspect there may be two duplicate entries and this is what is causing the keys to not submit the orders as intended.

Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.

Control Center / Tools / Options / Trading
Click/Check/Enable (Use Order Entry Hot Keys)
