Renko and Range bar chart loading issue

Hello,

I have an issue with Renko and Range bars not loading historical bars. The chart works fine for Minute bars and there is issue with Renko and Range bars loading historical bars.

The renko and range bar starts loading only from time I create the chart or connect to my sim account, and previous bars are not loaded.

Has anyone experienced similar issue?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2766535" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I uninstalled NT8, and reinstalled it, it is working fine now.
