Missing data after closing NT8 and reopening later in the evening

NT8 v 8.0.22.2 64-bit
ES-mini 2000 Tick
Continuum

If I finish trading and close the program, then come back later in the evening and connect, the rest of the data for the day is not loaded. Essentially, I see everything up to the point I closed NT8, then any new overnight bars starting to print. The rest of the day I didn't trade doesn't show.

Anyway to fix this? I tried setting 1000 tick, 500 tick, etc., and same issue. If I change it to 5 minute chart, the data fills in for the day.

You can go to Tools -> Historical Data & download the Tick / Min data of script, hope it helps.

Thanks for your post.

This instrument should show historical data refresh when connecting to your connection if you are enabled for data for this instrument.

I suspect this could be a function of your Trading Hours template, which will not plot data outside of the timeframes specified. Right click on the chart> Data Series> change the Trading Hours template to Default 24/7. This will display all available data on the chart.
