I'm having any issue while trading futures contracts using the SuperDOM. For whatever reason I will periodically have my Bid market depth volume start to glitch over to the ask side, back and forth. For reference, I'm using Interactive Brokers for my data feeds.
I can't figure out when it happens, or why, but when it occurs I have to switch symbols, and then switch back, or even reboot NT. Both of these solutions cause me to lose my historical orderflow on my heatmaps and elsewhere.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to load order flow data so that I don't need my platform running to catch it in real time?
