i to get mistake "websocket protocol is't suported."

• What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
• What version of Windows is your PC using?
• When you requested the demo, did you specifically request an 'Options on Futures' demo? Or was it just a futures demo?
