Switch historical routing to ISLAND from SMART (IB)

For OTC stocks traded on ARCA I would like to change the historical quote repo from SMART to ISLAND. I read in some other posts that this is needed because Interactive Brokers does not provide historical data through SMART but you need to change this to ISLAND.

I can't seem to find where to change this.

I'm using NT8 with Interactive Brokers. Example stock: DSGT

When I connect to IB and open an intraday chart I get the following error message:

Error on requesting bars seies: 'Historical Market Data Service error message: No market data permission for ARCAEDGE STK'

I do have a market data feed subscription on IB.

Thank you for your note.

The error that you are receiving is indicating that you are not appropriately enabled for this data through the API. This is something that you must resolve with Interactive Brokers to receive data within NinjaTrader.
