Error when using Fib Retracement

I get following error (attached) when i am trying to change template of Fib Retracement.
is there a way to solve it ?

Unfortunately I don't know what causes the error, so I'm not sure how it can be resolved at this point.

Can you please tell me if you experience this error when you try to load a particular Fibonacci Retracement template or do you experience the error when you load any Fibonacci Retracement template.

Did you create the template yourself or did obtain the template in a different way?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email so I may investigate this matter further. Please send the email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, 2756693' in the subject header.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

If the error only occurs for a particular template, please send me that template as well so I can test it on my end.
