NT8 CQG Future Demo live data doesn't work

All is in the title and i don't know why, i have the green dot when i connect to "My continiuum" but the price doesn't move at all.

I send an email to the support yesterday but no answer.

Can i get help and get the root cause of this incident ?

Oh i roll over the future contracts and it works but i don't understand why the micro e-mini contract have the expirity date 12-20 and note 10-20 (the next month as always normally ?).

Can someone explain to me why ?

Ah and another question : why the roll over in the database is not automatic ? and why i don't have to do it every month ?

I answer to all my questions : "Tip: Expiration dates for E-mini & Micro E-mini equity index contracts fall on the third Friday of every third month (March, June, September & December)."
