Rithmic Gateways in Asia

I'm using an Earn 2 trade key and adding it as a rithmic brokerage.

How do I change the gateway? it is greyed out.

Also, could you add the rithmic tokyo paper trading gateway? rithmic has both live and paper trading gateways in tokyo. Also the singapore gateway wouldn't hurt too. these are good for people in Asia

ok but for the 2nd part of my message can you open a ticket for that? i'm pretty sure those gateways are not in the list for rtihmic connections
