Chart Stopped Moving

At about 9:30 am this morning, all my charts stopped moving real time.
I am subscribed to barchart for access to the live market. I pay monthly, and I made sure to check with them first to make sure there was no issues on their end. There isn't
They recommended I reach out to NT.

I already updated /rolled over the expiry dates on the futures I trade. Not sure what else to do

Thank you for your post.

This likely indicates that you're still loading the 09-20 Contract for the instruments that you're viewing which closed and expired this morning at that time.

You'll need to make sure you've updated your charts to load the 12-20 (or relevant current contract) to be sure your live data is loading.

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract in NinjaTrader 8:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.
