When i go to chart types in the data series, volumetric bars is not an option. I have ensured that my lifetime key is saved, and i redownloaded the client to 8.0.22.2 and it still doesnt show up, or look like other windows shown which I don't know if its because i have a bad verison, or if its just window settings.

Please try looking for the Volumetric Bars in the Data Series Chart Type properties. You can Right-click on your chart > Data Series > Change the Type option to Volumetric > Click Apply and OK.
