    NT8 database management?

    Hi. Do you have a database management utility? I had a stuck Sim order which
    NT8 recognized in its control panel but could not cancel. So I had to delete the
    database, which fixed the problem. Having a stuck order prevents a Strategy from
    starting which has attribute IsAdoptAccountPositionAware, from being started.

    Thanks for your post.

    We do not have a Database management utility. Typically, if you get a stuck Simulation order, we would suggest resetting the Sim101 account.

    Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account:
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
    • Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
    • Press the "Reset" button
    We do want to improve cases where stuck orders are received. If you have a reproducible case where stuck simulation orders are received, please let us know how we can reproduce those symptoms. There can be some cases where stuck orders are seen with a Sim account through improper NinjaScript use, but for cases where the stuck orders should not be reasonably encountered, we would want to look into those cases further.

      The steps you provided don't give control over the data. But when it comes to a database of big sizes full access to edit, add, and renew data is mandatory. The success of the sales department is catalyzed by how many leads are created daily. Usually, lead data enrichment is done by employees within the company. Another option is to buy a database that already contains the necessary information to perform sellings. All things considered, employees should have the possibility to work with data, and if needed to change it.
